How does Q-Skip work?

Browse campus stores on q-skip.co.za, add items to your cart, pay securely online, then collect your order when it's ready — no queuing.

Where can I use Q-Skip?

Q-Skip is live at all four University of Johannesburg campuses: Auckland Park Kingsway (APK), Auckland Park Bunting Road (APB), Doornfontein (DFC) and Soweto (SWC).

How do I sign up for Q-Skip?

Create an account on q-skip.co.za with your email and start ordering from campus stores right away.

How can I skip food queues at UJ?

Order ahead on Q-Skip and collect your food when it's ready, instead of standing in the queue at the store.

Which stores are on Q-Skip?

How much does Q-Skip cost?

There's no charge to create an account or browse. A small Q-Skip service fee is added to each order at checkout so we can keep the platform running.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack — the same infrastructure trusted by thousands of South African businesses. Q-Skip never sees or stores your card details.
